• PMI 05 11 –Rate Change and Inclusion of Vhi Fertility Programme
• PMI 15 11 –Inclusion of Vhi Swiftcare benefit (please note that the Vhi Swiftcare benefit is available to all members of this plan from this date)
• PMI 21 11 – Rate Change and inclusion of EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) benefit
• PMI 22 11 – Rate Change and inclusion of EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) benefit
• PMI 23 11 – Rate Change
• PMI 25 11 – Rate Change and Inclusion of Vhi Fertility and Visioncare programmes
• PMI 35 13 – Rate Change
• PMI 36 13 – Rate Change
• PMI 37 13 – Rate Change
• PMI 39 14 – Rate Change and Inclusion of Vhi Fertility and Visioncare programmes
