Laya Healthcare have announced that there will be price changes on a number of schemes on the 1st of January, details are in the attached pricing template

From the 1st of January a shortfall of 20% will now apply to specific Orthopaedic and Ophthalmic procedures in all private hospitals on the following plans:

• Care Select
• ConnectChoice
• ConnectChoice 500
• Health Secure Plus

A number of benefit changes will also be made to Signify and Signify Plus from the 1st of January, please see attached:
