Laya Healthcare will amend benefits on all of their plans to include some, or all of the following additional benefits; Cancer Care benefits, Pre and Post Natal benefits and Counselling Support benefits.

Company Care Plus

• The plan will cover a private room in a private hospital

• The shortfall in hi tech hospitals will reduce from €175 per night to €100 per night

• The Beacon Hospital will now be fully covered up to a private room

• Maternity outpatient consultations will increase to €600 subject to the annual outpatient excess

• Cover for the infertility benefit will increase and will be available to use up to 3 times per lifetime

• The cap on the pre and post-natal package of benefits will increase to €500

• GPlive consultations will increase to 10

• The plan will now cover 3 HSE Out of hours GP visits

• Physiotherapy benefit will increase to 75% back for up to 25 visits

• The cover in the Dean Clinic will increase to 75% back for up to 12 visits

• The cover in the Lois Bridges will increase to 75% back for up to 12 visits

Simply Health Excess 

• The plan will now fully cover 2 HSE Out of hours GP visits

• The number of free GPlive consultations will increase to 7

• The cap on the pre and post-natal package of benefits will increase to €385

• The cover for the infertility benefit will increase and will now be available to use up to 2 times per lifetime

• The Beacon Hospital will now be fully covered up to a semi private room with a €125 excess.  The shortfall for a private room in this hospital will reduce from €175 per night to €165 per night.

Simply Health Plus

• The plan will now fully cover 4 HSE Out of hours GP visits

• The cover for maternity outpatient consultations will increase to €500 subject to the annual outpatient excess

• The number of free GPlive consultations will increase to 7

• The capping on the pre-and post-natal package of benefits will increase to €385

• The cover for the infertility benefit will increase and will now be available to use up to 2 times per lifetime

• The plan will now fully cover 2 HSE Out of hours GP visits

• The number of free GPlive consultations will increase to 8

• The cap on the pre-and post-natal package of benefits will increase to €385

Simply Health Choice

• The plan will now fully cover 2 HSE Out of hours GP visits

• The cover for maternity outpatient consultations will increase to €450 subject to the annual outpatient excess

• The number of free GPlive consultations will increase to 4

• The capping on the pre-and post-natal package of benefits will increase to €325

• The cover for the infertility benefit will increase and will now be available to use up to 2 times per lifetime

• The Beacon hospital will now be fully covered to a semi private room with an excess of €175 per claim.  If a private room in this hospital is occupied the shortfall will be €165 per night

Total Health Plus

• The plan will now fully cover 2 HSE Out of hours GP visits

• The number of free GPlive consultations will increase to 6

• The cover for the infertility benefit will increase and will now be available to use up to 2 times per lifetime

• The Beacon hospital will now be fully covered to a semi private room with an excess of €100 per claim (payable a maximum of twice per member per contract year (private & hi-tech excess combined).  If a private room in this hospital is occupied the shortfall will be €50 per night

Control 150 Create

• The plan will now fully cover 2 HSE Out of hours GP visits

• The number of free GPlive consultations will increase to 7

• The cover for the infertility benefit will increase and will now be available to use up to 2 times per lifetime

• The benefit for Maternity in-patient hospital delivery/homebirth costs will increase from €3,200 to €3,500

Simply Health Starter

• The plan will now fully cover 2 HSE Out of hours GP visits

• The number of free GPlive consultations will increase to 5

• The cap on the pre-and post-natal package of benefits will increase to €385

• The cover for the infertility benefit will increase and will now be available to use up to 2 times per lifetime

Connect Choice

• The plan will now fully cover 2 HSE Out of hours GP visits
