GloHealth will launch a new plan Better Plan Select Cash on 13 November 2014.

Better Plan Select cash (€1,210 per adult, €605 per student and €360 per child) will provide cover for a private room in a public hospital and cover for day case and a semi-private room in a private hospital with a €75 excess per private hospital claim. There is also cover in The Blackrock Clinic, the Mater Private and the Beacon Clinic for day case procedures with a €75 excess per claim and 90% cover for listed cardiac and listed special procedures with a €150 excess per claim. There is a €2,000 co-payment on certain orthopaedic procedures in private hospitals.

There is maternity accommodation cover of up to 3 nights in a public hospital provided. The plan also provide benefits such as cash back for GP cover, routine dental and optical cover and physiotherapy. The plan typically provides €25 x 10 or €25 x 7 visits to certain practitioners with a €1 excess.

Customers can choose two free Personalised Packages from GloHealth’s list of 8 Personalised Packages to add on to this plan.

This plan is available to all new and renewing customers from this date.
