Aviva will launch 4 new plans on 01.11.2014
Aviva will launch 4 new plans on 1 November 2014. These are:
Health Plan 01 (€1101.20 per adult, €360.50 per student, €301.70 per child 1-3 and €108 per child 4+) will cover a private room in publichospitals and a semi-private room in private hospitals with a €125 excess per claim. An orthopaedic co-payment of €2000 will apply to listed procedures in private hospitals. It will also provide 3 nights cover for maternity in public hospitals. There are limited outpatient and day-to-day benefits on this plan.
Health Plan 16.1 (€1136.90 per adult, €538.70 per student, €368.70 per child 1-3 and €108 per child 4+) will cover a private room in public hospitals and a semi-private room and day case in private hospitals with a €75 excess per claim. Listed cardiac and special procedures and day case procedures are covered in the Blackrock Clinic, Mater Private and Beacon Hospital with a €75 excess per claim. An orthopaedic co-payment of €2000 will apply to listed procedures in private hospitals. This plan will also provide 3 nights cover for maternity in public hospitals. There are significant day-to-day benefits such as €25 x 7 visits to a GP or dentist, subject to a €1 outpatient excess.
Health Plan 20 (€1108.20 per adult, €524.30 per student, €351.70 per child 1-3 and €108 per child 4+) will cover a semi-private room in public and private Hospitals and day case in private hospitals, subject to a €100 excess on private hospital claims. There is no cover for the Blackrock Clinic and Mater Private but the Beacon Hospital has full cover with a €100 excess per claim. An orthopaedic co-payment of €2000 will apply to listed procedures in private hospitals. It will also provide 3 nights cover for maternity in public hospitals. There are significant day-to-day benefits such as €25 x 7 visits to a GP or dentist, subject to a €1 outpatient excess.
Day2Day Focus.1 (€660 per adult, €330 per student, €220 per child 1-3 and €80 per child 4+) will cover a private room and day case in public hospitals. It provides €400 towards maternity care in a public hospital. It offers a number of day-to-day benefits subject to €1 outpatient excess, such as €30 x 4 visits to a GP or dentist.
